Our Story
1996- The foundation stone of manufacturing resin was laid as Girdhari Chemicals.
2011- Shubham Oils & Resins Pvt Ltd was established as the second unit with a production capacity of 2100 m/t/year.
2017- A remarkable production capacity of 13,100 m/t/year was achieved.
2020- Subham Oils & Resins started exporting to almost ten countries.
2023- The company got certified and established as a One Star Export House.
2025- A whopping turnover of 100 Cr. was achieved with the constant effort and diligence of the entire team.
Vision
Our Director, Sujit Kr. Modi, with an experience of more than 2 decades in the manufacturing and exports of synthetic resins, laid the foundation stone of Subham Oils & Resins in 1996. It is under his vision and mission of bringing constant innovation in this field of resins manufacturing that Shubham Oils and Resins is established as one of the leading manufacturers of resins in eastern India.
Managing Director, Shubham Modi, a chemical engineer from IIT Dhanbad, has stepped in to bring in the much-needed technical innovation to keep up with the dynamic market trends.
